By accessing and placing an order with Moffe Africa, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of moffeafrica.co.za. By using our website, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products All Moffe Africa products are custom-embroidered on demand. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. We accept payment via PayFast (Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Payflex). All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location. Moffe Africa is not liable for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details on returns, defective items, and size exchanges.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Moffe Africa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Moffe Africa shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
