Moffe Africa Clothing – Refund & Exchange Policy
Because each piece is custom-printed/embroidered on demand based on your exact choice of color, apparel style, and size, we do not issue generic cash refunds for buyers' change of mind or incorrect size choice. We strongly urge all valued customers to carefully review our official Size Guide before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your garment arrives with a factory manufacturing defect, a printing blemish, or the wrong size/style was mistakenly dispatched by our facility, we will completely cover the cost of a replacement.
Size Exchanges: If you ordered the incorrect size, we offer a once-off exchange subject to stock availability. The customer is responsible for all return courier costs. Please email info@moffeafrica.co.za within 48 hours of delivery to request a size exchange.
Replacement Dispatch: Approved replacements will be dispatched within 5-7 business days of receiving your claim and photographic evidence.
How to Log a Claim: Notify our support team within 48 hours of doorstep delivery by emailing info@moffeafrica.co.za. Please attach a clear digital photograph of the defect along with your original web order number. We will coordinate a swift courier exchange at absolutely zero additional cost to you.
