Moffe Africa Clothing – Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are custom-embroidered on demand. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN): 2-3 business days after dispatch
- Other areas: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Remote/outlying areas: 5-7 business days after dispatch
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second attempt. Moffe Africa is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
International Shipping We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping will be available soon.
